Why we exist
The gap between wanting care and getting it.
Roughly a quarter of patient calls to clinics go unanswered. Most of those callers do not leave a voicemail — they call the next clinic on the list. For the patient it is a small frustration. For the clinic it is a steady, invisible loss of the people it exists to care for.
Compliance is the foundation, not the finish line
Patient data is the most sensitive data a clinic holds. We designed for the PDPA and the MOH/HSA AI in Healthcare Guidelines from the first line of code — data stays in Singapore, access is scoped to what reception actually needs, and every clinic gets an isolated database.
Onboarded, not installed
Every clinic runs differently — its doctors, its rooms, its hours, the way it speaks to patients. Vera is trained on how your clinic works before she ever answers a call, which is closer to onboarding a new team member than deploying software.
Memory is the product
Answering a call is the easy part. Recognising a returning patient, recalling their last visit and continuing the conversation on whichever channel they choose — call, WhatsApp, SMS, email or Instagram — is what makes reception feel like care rather than admin.
Measured by how the patient feels
Our benchmark is not call volume handled. It is whether the person on the other end felt that the clinic knew them — that they were answered quickly, understood in their own language, and never had to re-explain themselves.
